I just got off the phone with a customer service representative named Angel and she was truly an angel. I had realized I needed extra rooms for my wedding weekend and she assisted me with patience, kindness and was very informative. She was very attentive to my needs and requests. I was very stressed regarding my last minute changes and she was able to accommodate me with ease. She was the best!

Spacious room, comfortable bed and bathroom with large shower and ceiling fan. Fully functional kitchen is a large plus along with being wonderfully placed downtown for food, local sights, and business purposes.

Great place! Room is spacious and very nice with lots of nice touches. Also clean and smells good. Staff is very friendly. Would stay here again for sure.

Quick trip to New Haven to do a Pizza tour and I felt right at home at the Blake Hotel. My partner and I felt like we lived there! Everyone was kind from day one. The room was perfect for us and I would recommend.

We booked a suite. Very spacious. Large living area with kitchenette. Sofa bed and separate bedroom with comfortable king size bed. Lobby is good place to sit. Did not try the restaurant. They don’t have a sit down breakfast, sell some to go options and plenty of very nice places for Breakfast walking distance. Good location. Close to The green, Yale etc. Valet parking a bit expensive (37.50) - you can park across from the hotel in garage for 20$/24h. Just note it’s closed from midnight until early morning. Lastly - roof top is great for drinks and dinner . Nice views.

Fantastic staff. Friendly, helpful, accommodating. Fitness center is excellent. Easy valet parking. Good location for Yale game if you have to do that…

This is a stunning hotel - from the moment you walk in. Cozy, quiet, welcoming and the most respectful and kind staff. The ambiance and decor will blow you away. Restaurant is fantastic as well and the greatest atmosphere. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Stayed here for a night on our visit to Yale. Really comfortable place, great location and nice staff. There wasn’t any parking or space out in front(unless you’re blocking the street) to unload gear/ cases so we ended up parking in the public lot down the block, we also found out later that there was also a valet around the corner/ in the back. There’s a continental breakfast but no hotel restaurant but plenty of sit down spots around the area. They also have a 24 hour Walgreens a block and a half down as well. Overall a great experience at a cozy spot in a convenient location.

This hotel is very clean and new. The location is great — very close to Yale University. There’s a laundry room on the 6th floor, which is super convenient. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again next time!
